NTA UGC NET June 2025 – Apply Online for JRF & Assistant Professor Posts

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the UGC NET June 2025 Exam for eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and/or Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges. The online application process begins on 16 April 2025 and will remain open until 07 May 2025.

Eligible postgraduate or final-year master’s degree students should check the full details and apply through the official portal.

Age Limit (as on 01/06/2025)

• JRF (Junior Research Fellowship): Maximum Age – 31 Years
• NET (Assistant Professor): No Age Limit

Age relaxation as per NTA rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree (or appearing in final year) in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH).
• 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree holders are also eligible.
