• Bachelor Degree with Math/ Economics as a Subject with ABC/ O Level Level Certificate OR ITI Computer Operator with Programming Assistant/ Data Prepraration and Computer Software Certificate OR Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Science / Computer Application.
• Knowledge of Devngari Lipi & Rajasthani Culture.
